Shipping Information
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation that it is on its way.
Shipping Costs
We offer delivery throughout New Zealand at the following flat rates:
- North Island $7.50
- North Island Rural $12.50
- South Island $11.50
- South Island Rural $16.50
Shipping costs are calculated and added to your order at checkout. Please select a rural delivery option if your address is classified as rural.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability and the courier provider. As a general guide:
- North Island: 2–5 business days
- South Island: 3–7 business days
- Rural deliveries may take slightly longer
These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Address
Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. Read Pacific cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order details and photographs of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist in resolving the issue.
